Quality Assurance Certification

ISO9001:2008 is a quality management systems standards with the primary objective of ensuring the certified organisation meets the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or program. An annual audit by an authorised third-party body is mandatory in order to maintain certification.

It is also designed to go beyond the requirements of the standard to ensure the effective planning, documentation, operation and control of company processes.
