Patient Handling uses a range of delivery services which offers our customers the best service and the lowest cost. We use couriers such as Fastway, Couriers Please and Australia Post. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and shipped as soon as possible.
Track and Trace
We provide tracking details by email on the day that your order is dispatched. You will be able to trak your order online with this information. If you are experiencing difficulties with yor delivery, please contact our customer service team on 1300 734 862.
Special Events / Holidays
Patient Handling will close on NSW Public Holidays as will some of our courier services. This may cause a delay on deliveries sent around these times. Patient Handling operates on reduced staff during the Christmas period. This means we will not be available to process your order as quickly as usual.
