Delivery & Returns
Patient Handling uses a range of delivery services which offers our customers the best service and the lowest cost. We use couriers such as Star Track and Direct Freight along with Australia Post. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and shipped as soon as possible.
Track and Trace
Signature on delivery will be required for all courier deliveries. We provide track and trace details with all deliveries. Should you wish to track your item please contact our customer service team on 1300 734 501. You will be notified within 24 business hours.

Returns And Refund Policy
Should you wish to return a product please email or phone us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. In accordance with the Department of Fair Trading we are not required to accept return of an item due to change of mind or incorrect choice however we assess each request on a case by case scenario.
If we choose to accept return of the item a restocking fee of 20% of the item price may be applied. The goods must be unused, undamaged and in perfect condition. The original postage price will not be refunded.
